On Tuesday, August 4, 2026, the scheduled Microsoft Teams meeting will run in parallel with a live Mystic Meeting session. You watch, you compare, you form your own judgment — in real time, on a real utility scenario.
A demonstration of a Teams replacement should not be run inside a slide deck. It should be run alongside the Teams meeting it aims to replace — same call, same audience, same conversation, on a real scenario — and evaluated on the spot.
That is exactly what August 4 will be. Teams continues as planned. A parallel Mystic Meeting session runs alongside it, mirrored on the shared screen. You compare, you ask questions of either platform, and you judge for yourself.
Screen share, live transcript, calendar-integrated scheduling, meeting recording, and post-session summaries — the whole meeting stack, side by side with Teams for direct comparison.
A real utility scenario, chosen jointly with DASH, worked in-session by the AI as a cited co-author. Ranked primary sources from IEEE, NERC, FERC, and CIGRE visible throughout.
Three named Sage participants attend the Mystic Meeting side, each with a distinct, deliberately-controllable stance. Persona is a dial, not a fixed personality. See below.
Points and prompts are injected into any Sage persona from a phone during the session. Nothing is pre-recorded. If you want to ask something on the day, you can.
The three participants
Same corpus. Same citation rigor. Different stance. You will see the same input produce three visibly different responses — Prime, Echo, Moderator — in the same meeting.
Aggressive & firm
Challenges assumptions. Pushes back on weak reasoning. Cites primary sources without softening. Present in the meeting to demonstrate that an AI participant can hold a rigorous, adversarial position rather than defaulting to agreement.
Neutral & calibrated
The referee. Weighs arguments before affirming or challenging. Keeps the exchange principled rather than theatrical. This is where most real Mystic deployments will sit day-to-day.
Passive & agreeable
Affirms the human speaker's framing. Deliberately built as the mirror-image of Prime, to prove that persona is a choice the operator controls — not a fixed personality baked into the model.
Note All three share the same non-negotiables: every substantive claim is citable, no fabricated sources, and the ethical floor is fixed. Persona controls tone and stance — not values.
